Your data.
Your environment.
Access permissions, contractor details and work orders stay in your on-premise system, including when managed through the hosted contractor portal.
Our purpose
NJoin is an access management platform for critical infrastructure. Access can come from a role, fixed access assigned to a user or an approved request. We connect those permissions to smart locks, digital keys and entry at the site.
Based in Breda, the NetherlandsWhy NJoin
When a site is essential, the way people access it matters.
Critical infrastructure often spans many locations, teams, and access systems. The people maintaining those sites need a straightforward way in. The people responsible for them need to stay in control.
NJoin connects the workflow behind each visit. Teams manage access permissions and time windows in the backoffice, including reviewing requests when needed. Contractors are assigned to work orders through the portal. Our integrations connect those permissions to smart locks, access-control systems and digital keys in the field.
The white-label mobile app carries your organisation’s name, logo and colours, giving people a familiar way to use their access, request additional access and open supported smart locks. Behind your app, NJoin brings administration, partner integrations and a secure gateway together.
Access permissions, contractor details and work orders are stored on-premise. The hosted contractor portal uses that same system, without a separate database for these records. Our cloud services run on STACKIT.
